7–9 November 2013: No Hate Speech Movement Conference, Strasbourg (France)

The No Hate Speech Movement conference will bring together the main players and actors of the campaign.
The conference is the platform to discuss the objectives and strategies of the campaign and to plan together the programme of major activities for 2014.
 
Representatives of local, national or European NGOs and the online campaign activists, moderators and volunteers are invited to apply by 25 September 2013.
 
Travel expenses and visa fees will be reimbursed (on presentation of the relevant receipts) according to the rules of the Council of Europe.
Board and lodging will be provided by the Council of Europe.
 
The conference will be held in French and English.
